This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on which we will supply to you AmGlow Water Systems, via one of our subscription services (Services). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to one of our Services. You should understand that by subscribing to one of our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- YOUR STATUS
By signing up, you warrant that:
- you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you are resident Singapore
- HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US
- After completing signup, you will receive an confirmation e-mail from us or our payment partner within 1 working day.
- The subscription plan to our Services consist of an initial charge and then followed by recurring period charges as agreed to by you. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. AmGlow Water Systems may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) without further authorisation from you, until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorisation or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before AmGlow Water Systems reasonably could act. To terminate your authorisation or change your payment method, contact AmGlow Water Systems.
- By subscribing to our Services you are agreeing to pay recurring periodic subscriptions for a period of 36 Months. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You WILL be charged for early termination (refer to Table A).
- Account Cancellations.
If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription with us, you must cancel 7 days before your next payment is due to be collected, in order to avoid recurring charges for the following month.
- We reserve the right at our absolute discretion not to renew your subscription at any time without giving any reasons for our decision.
- AmGlow should respond to any phone calls/text messages received from you, at a reasonable timing. Should communication be made after office hours (10am – 6pm Weekdays), on Public Holidays, and should action be needed to be taken, it will take place within the next 3 working days.
- AmGlow should fulfil all servicing/filter replacement services as stated at point of sign up, within contract period.
- AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
- Your order will be fulfilled by the date You and AmGlow Water Systems agreed on during the follow up call after sign up.
- Delivery and installation are made to the address provided during signup, unless written notification to change this delivery address is provided by you. AmGlow Water Systems cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that do not reach the customer due to an incorrect delivery address being provided.
- Rescheduling fees of $30 applies should installation fails on agreed installation date.
- RISK AND TITLE
- The Products will be at your risk from the time of installation.
- Ownership of the Water Filter System will only be transferred to you when 36 Months contract is fulfilled.
- PRICE AND PAYMENT
- The price of the Products will be as quoted on presentation to you.
- Product prices include 7% Goods and Services Tax.
- Payment for all Services are processed via Stripe. We also accept major debit and credit cards via Stripe. Bank Transfers/PayNow is also accepted.
- There will be no refunds on any “unused” payment made.
- WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS
Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail/text messages or provide you with information by posting notices on our website/social media pages. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
- OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities.
- You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order Products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority.
- ONE-TIME PURCHASE
All the above Terms & Conditions applies to one-time purchase, except for point 2 "HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US"
- Warranty for One-Time Purchase of AmGlow Products
Warranty is valid for 12 months from date of installation.
- Replacement of filters IS NOT included.
- For AmGlow Tabletop Dispenser One-Time Purchase, two (2) times half yearly servicing is included in package.
- REFUND POLICY
- There will be no refund for both ONE-TIME PURCHASE or SUBSCRIPTION PLANS except in the following situations:
- No Water Point
- No Electrical Point
- Other technical issues
