Was assisted by Michael at the showroom. He was very professional and explained the product clearly. No hardselling. The water dispensers look and feel like they are made of good quality and with 4 step filtration, the price is very comparable to other more well known brands. Kayne was also very friendly and helpful over whatsapp communication.

Highly recommend Amglow, their water dispenser is sturdy and takes up no counter space which is especially great for smaller apartments. The Contour 7 dispenses both cold and hot water quickly, and has been one of our favourite purchases for our new house.Special thanks to Kayne for his amazing support! He has been patient with all our questions and queries since we inquired quite early in advance of the actual installation. When the promotional free gift was mixed up and not sent correctly, Kayne also personally came down to deliver the right item. Appreciate the excellent service and keep up the good work!

Went to the showroom to check out the water dispenser and was served by Kayne. He gave a pretty detail explanation on the feature and function.Installation was done pretty quick and fast. The installer is very professional and efficient. As we do not have a power point below kitchen sink, the installer suggested a few ways to install the power extension. After installation, he gave a quick briefing on how to use the product as well.Overall, am very satisfied with the product and service from AmGlow.
