Why Does Amglow Only Have Hot And Room Temperature Option Available For The Tabletop Water Dispenser?
Due to space constraints within the dispenser, in order to fit 4 full sized filters, a compressor and cold water tank cannot be included.

We have complete trust in our water filter systems so we do extend a 12 months warranty on all of our products.
How Often Do I Need To Replace My Water Filters And How Much Does It Cost?
We recommend our customers to change their filters every 12 months.
For the cost, it depends on whether you are replacing the water filters for our 4-Stage, 5-Stage, 6-Stage Undersink Water Filter Systems or Dispensers. Prices range from $150 to $290 and this includes our technician coming to your home to replace the water filters for you.

Salesman Ray promised installation in early December. However, customer service notified that no stocks and can only pushed to end January.When closer to date, again inform delay shipment, logistic issues and so on. The service is extremely poor and has no system to track Sales vs Production Planning.And now I'm informed that installation will be after 25th February. To wait 3 months for an installation???? It's getting more and more unbelievable!!For those who are keen to purchase their products, think twice before purchasing or if you don't mind waiting 3 months for installation.And for your information, I purchased it during the roadshow.Below are the dates. Buy at you own risk...!!Purchase Date: 29th August 2024House Completion: End November 20241st Promised Date Installation: 1st or 2nd week of December 20242nd Promised Date Installation: End of January 2025Last Update Installation Date: 25th February 2025

The Amglow Contour 7 looks modern and sleek, making it a great addition to my kitchen. It’s very convenient to use.Sharon is great, very prompt in responding, detailed in explanations, and even ensured my kitchen had enough space before I made the payment. The installation process was smooth and fast too.The only downside was the slightly longer waiting time of about three months due to the year-end promotion. However, I was informed during my purchase, so I was prepared for the delay.Overall, I’m happy with the product and the service provided! Highly recommended.
