Why Does Amglow Only Have Hot And Room Temperature Option Available For The Tabletop Water Dispenser?
Due to space constraints within the dispenser, in order to fit 4 full sized filters, a compressor and cold water tank cannot be included.

How Often Do I Need To Replace My Water Filters And How Much Does It Cost?
We recommend our customers to change their filters every 12 months.
For the cost, it depends on whether you are replacing the water filters for our 4-Stage, 5-Stage, 6-Stage Undersink Water Filter Systems or Dispensers. Prices range from $150 to $290 and this includes our technician coming to your home to replace the water filters for you.

MY HONEST REVIEW ON AMGLOW ---The entire waiting time for installation was 3 months, with two separate delays. When I chose AMGLOW over other brands, I was disappointed (and don't understand why) there were no existing stocks available. I was even more surprised that the waiting time was over two months. Nevertheless, I proceeded with full payment. Two months after payment, I reached out to the sales guy to enquire about the installation status, only to be informed of a shipment delay (first delay). I was then promised another date and looked forward to the installation, but was disappointed again due to a logistics issue (second delay). Finally, after 3 months, the unit was installed. To be fair, the service and response from the sales representative were prompt and polite. The product itself is good and compact, able to dispense both hot and cold water. I genuinely hope that the "no stock" issue and long waiting time were just a one-off situation.
