Michael has been fantastic since day1 I visited the showroom. He could professionally articulate the pros/cons of their system. After sales with him was also very prompt. He always put himself in customer's POV which is super appreciated.Both system & Michael's service 👍🏻Only downside was delayed in installation of my unit due to issues in their manufacturing site and subsequent QA issues.
