Review: Amglow Contour 7 Water PurifierI bought the Contour 7 about 4 months ago, and unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing.Within these 4 months, the unit has broken down 4 separate times. Each time, repairs took a long time to arrange. The manager, Michael, was slow to respond and follow up, which made the situation frustrating, especially for a basic household essential like drinking water.Now, the USB connector on the unit is visibly rusty, which raises concerns about build quality and durability. I have reported this issue, but as of now there has still been no response or fix arranged.Overall, the product reliability, installation quality, and after-sales service all fall well below expectations. Based on my experience, the Amglow Contour 7 does not meet the standard one would expect for its price.

Sleek looking and space saving water dispenser and filter. Michael was really responsive and prompt in arranging my installation and also helping me with calibrating my settings. Recommend to get this if you have space limitation on your kitchen countertop.

Contacted Amglow for an issue with the cold/hot water but no follow up..need to chase after them for replies. During installation, staff said they will remind customers yearly to change filters but no such thing was done. I had to remind them instead. amglow is not reliable at all!

Started shutting down by itself after 6 months even after multiple restarts. Then it became really hot, feels like gonna explode. Cannot reach any of their salesperson after our previous salesperson left.Update 19/01/26: Michael called to advise on a temporary fix but the issue is not resolved yet - will need to monitor.

Been using for about 3 months now. Have also tried other water dispensers(happie, hydro flux, wells) at different houses.Pros:It’s very slim and easy to use. Takes up little counter top space. Can swivel around for easy water dispensing. Water flow is great as well for both hot and cold/ambient water. Cheaper than most water dispensers around. Cold water is great! Just like ice water.Cons:Water temperature is not as satisfactory. The hot water at 45 degrees is not as warm as other brands tested. The hot water at 95 degrees also not as hot as other brands tested.
